Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT sessions, programmes, bundles and digital products provided by Kate Chesser.
By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Services may include:

1:1 coaching
-
Hypnotherapy
-
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
-
Group programmes
-
Workshops or masterclasses
-
Digital courses and recordings
All services are educational and performance-focused.
They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
If you are under medical or psychological care, you are responsible for informing your practitioner before engaging in hypnotherapy or EFT.
2. Client Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that:

You engage voluntarily.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Results vary and depend on your application and commitment.

No specific performance, emotional, or financial outcomes are guaranteed.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention. You remain aware and in control at all times and may stop a session at any point.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that:

You are aged 18 or over (or have parental consent).
-
You do not suffer from any condition for which hypnosis would be unsuitable, including psychosis or serious psychiatric disorders.

You will seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
4. Payment
-
Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full or via agreed instalments prior to service delivery.

Access to services is not confirmed until payment is received.
Failure to complete instalments may result in suspension of access.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For 1:1 sessions:
-
Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
-
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Group sessions and programmes are non-transferable.
6. Digital Products & Cooling-Off Rights (UK Compliance)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase.
However:
If you purchase digital content (including recordings, online courses, downloads, or membership access) and request immediate access, you expressly agree that:

The service begins immediately upon purchase; and
-
You waive your 14-day right to cancel once access has been granted or content has been downloaded or streamed.
Where digital content has not yet been accessed, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].
Once content has been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or the programme commenced, refunds are not available.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching and digital delivery:

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Programmes and bundles are non-refundable once commenced.
-
Missed sessions are not refunded.
If a service is cancelled by Kate Chesser, a refund for the unused portion or a suitable alternative will be offered.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential.
Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or where there is risk of serious harm.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, recordings, scripts, and content remain the intellectual property of Kate Chesser.
They may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
Kate Chesser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
